Dear User,
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, which was published in the Official Gazette on 07.04.2016 ("KVKK"), we present this text to inform you, as the Data Controller, regarding the processing of your personal data, its transfer to third parties, and your legal rights in the context of your participation in the usability tests conducted by UTRLAB R&D User Research Design Consultancy LTD. ŞTİ. ("Company").

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING:

Your personal data, consisting of your name, surname, and email address, provided to our company via the participant form, is processed for the purpose of communication with you regarding your application to participate in the usability test.
If we need to contact you, your personal data such as your Turkish Identification Number, phone number, address information, and bank account number, provided to our company via oral, written, or electronic means, will be processed for the purpose of conducting usability tests, reporting user feedback and experiences, and planning and executing commercial transactions and actions in this regard.
In this context, your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2 (c) of KVKK "the establishment and performance of the contract" and (f) "the processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller."

SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES:

The personal data processed by us will be shared with our domestic affiliates, legal and real persons with whom we have agreements for testing activities, suppliers, subcontractors, business partners, shareholders, legal, financial, and tax advisors, auditors, auditing companies, or public institutions and organizations authorized to request this data due to a legal obligation, as specified in KVKK Article 8/2 (a) and based on Article 5, Paragraph 2 (c) "the establishment and performance of the contract" (ç) "the fulfillment of a legal obligation" and (g) "the processing being necessary for the establishment or defense of legal claims."

Your personal data may be transferred to foreign subsidiaries or technical service providers located abroad for the purpose of conducting testing activities, reporting, auditing, and institutional processes, and for data backup/storage purposes, provided that you give your explicit consent.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

When you wish to exercise your rights as regulated under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to us by sending your request to our address at Üniversiteler Mahallesi İhsan Doğramacı Bulvarı Galyum Apt. No: 27/18 Çankaya/Ankara, or via email to info@utrlab.com or arastirma@utrlab.com (if you have a registered email address), in accordance with the Communique on the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.
